Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of Panelia subscriptions and credits to professional customers.

1. Purpose and scope

These terms of sale govern subscriptions to Panelia's paid plans (subscriptions and credits). They apply exclusively to professional (B2B) customers acting for the purposes of their business.

2. Seller

3. Plans and credits

The service is based on subscriptions (Free, Starter, Pro) and a credit system. 1 credit = 1 synthetic respondent. Credits are reserved when a study is launched and charged on completion; a failed run is fully re-credited. Current plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in euros. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI) (basic exemption). Prices may change; the applicable price is the one in force at the time of subscription or renewal.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our provider Stripe. The customer warrants that it is authorized to use the chosen payment method. Subscriptions are payable in advance.

6. Term, renewal and termination

The subscription is entered into for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renews automatically for successive periods of the same length. The customer may cancel at any time from their account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund of the period already started.

7. Credit validity

Purchased credits are valid for twelve (12) months from acquisition, after which they expire.

8. Refunds

Amounts paid are non-refundable, except for a failed run, in which case the corresponding credits are automatically re-credited.

9. Limitation of liability

Panelia is a decision-support tool providing results with a displayed reliability level; it does not guarantee commercial performance. The seller's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer over the last twelve months.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon.
